- Owner and verification records when you list a property with us: identity documents, mandates and ownership documents. These are stored securely, are never published, and are used only to verify the listing.
- Technical information such as pages visited and device type — collected through analytics cookies only if you accept them.
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry and arrange viewings.
- To verify listings and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with
We share your details with a property owner or their representative only to arrange a viewing or transaction you have asked for, and with professional advisers (such as a notary) where you ask us to.
